Iconic Santorini, a boutique cave hotel

The place to stay in Santorini A faultless experience. This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in, the staff particularly Chris, incredibly helpful, friendly and determined that we had a memorable stay. The hotel has a fantastic view over the bay, it’s kept to an immaculate standard and the room service is so quick and efficient. Our room had a plunge pool and it’s was an unforgettable experience have a drink looking over the harbour. They bring breakfast to your room, always on time with a great choice. Absolutely loved it.

Hotel of dreams! WOW. The Iconic was truly ICONIC. This boutique hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything about it is 5*. The view of the caldera was especially amazing. Our suite was large and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The hotel was spotlessly clean and regularly swept to keep it looking lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, honestly some of the best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel is located in the best part of Imerovigli in my opinion, a short walk to some lovely restaurants, bars and a small convenience store. The hotel is quiet, very couple orientated/romantic, you are unlikely to see many of the other guests (well we didn't). We enjoy a quiet hotel but if you are looking for something more lively you may want to look elsewhere. You must do the hiking trail to Oia. It took us less than 2 hours and the views were to die for.

Amazing! This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable, everything is made easy for you and the facilities perfect. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. Great spa and pool. The hotel was excellent at suggesting and booking restaurants and taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and we will definitely return.

Marvelous location and views, with first class service This really is an iconic location with most (maybe all) rooms built into the hillside. The service is first class throughout. The restaurant, pool and bar are all small, but you never felt over-crowded. The only warning as the hillside requires a lot of stairs. Our room to the street level involved 90 stairs.

Dream Come True This was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, the staff was over the top accommodating. The amenities were amazing, and the views were breathtaking! The included breakfast was so delicious, and they had so many options! The pool was incredible. Everywhere you looked was an incredible view. I can't think of a single thing to improve upon. Just be prepared for lots of stairs!

5 Star Service and Phenomenal Views Beautiful caldera views. The staff at the hotel was phenomenal. Each morning breakfast was served at your very own table outside of your room with stunning views. I proposed to my fiancé here during our stay and the hotel staff was incredible with assistance planning the proposal. Would highly recommend staying here during your trip to Santorini for a romantic trip or honeymoon.

Above and Beyond customer service with amazing views The iconic hotel made our first trip to Greece a dream. We were greeted by reception (Georgia) with sparkling wine with fresh melon juice. She gave us a map of the island with recommendations for each town. They were extremely accommodating and helpful in getting us setup with any tours we wanted to do and taxis to go into different areas that were too far to walk to. The staff is so friendly and does everything they can to help you. The views from your hotel room and pool are truly breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to santorini

Really good boutique hotel. An overall great place to stay. From start to finish they take care of you. The property is beautiful, the amenities were lush and the service was really good. The hotel has 19 rooms, most of which, I believe, have private terraces (ie a little balcony where you eat breakfast and sunbathe/watch the sea). Since you’re in the midst of other boutique hotels, you have to accept that your “private terrace” may be within sight of other terraces and other hotel rooms. But that comes with the territory of this type of accommodation and in my view does not detract from the overall experience.

A Cavernous Hotel. Set on the rim of Santorini's volcanic cliff's, is the Iconic Santorini hotel, an authentic boutique cave hotel. Perks include: cave sheltered rooms, sun drenched terraces, sumptuous dining, a perfect pool, an intimate spa and modern gym. What better way to spend time in a cave hotel than in a cave suite. My chamber was spacious and endowed with a separate bedroom and lounge area. The bath was fully equipped but the 'piece de resistance' suite amenity was the terrace that provided mesmerizing views of the Aegean, and was outfitted with outdoor furniture and a jetted plunge pool. The Iconic Restaurant prides itself on an innovative menu which blends a variety of culinary influences to create unique dishes. I fell for the Grilled Octopus and the Aperol Pink. So, if the exhilaration of accommodations in the side of a cliff tickles your fancy...............then try the.........Iconic Santorini.........A Cavernous Hotel.

Exceeded all expectations My husband and I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Santorini to celebrate my 50th birthday. I have always wanted to visit this island and did lots of research about where to stay. The Iconic was absolutely superb and we could not have asked for anything more. The view from every part of the hotel is breathtaking, the rooms and facilities are immaculate, and the staff cannot do enough to help. Absolutely one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Thank you for helping to make my birthday one I shall never forget.
